When will my order ship?

All orders ship within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping via USPS with tracking is a flat rate of $5.00 with a delivery time of two to four business days. All U.S. orders over $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping, there is no promotion code needed, just select 'Free Standard Shipping' at checkout.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Does The Royal Bee ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is offered. International orders are subject to additional charges, which are calculated at checkout based on the customer's shipping address. The Royal Bee is not responsible for any customs tariffs, taxes, or fees that may apply.

Does The Royal Bee offer express shipping?

At this time The Royal Bee does not offer express shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will update our customers if our shipping options change in the future.

How will my purchase arrive?

Jewelry from The Royal Bee is carefully packed in cotton-filled gift boxes. We ship orders in padded mailing envelopes to protect your jewelry in transit.

What payment methods are accepted?

The Royal Bee uses a secure checkout system that accepts payments from all major credit cards in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. We cannot accept cash or check payments.

How can I cancel an order?

Please email our customer service ASAP at info@shoptheroyalbee.com if you wish to cancel an order. All orders ship within three business days so we are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped. We will grant a cancellation on orders that have not yet shipped and issue a refund on the original form of payment.

How can I make changes to an order? 

Please email our customer service ASAP at info@shoptheroyalbee.com if you wish to alter your order. All orders ship within three business days so we are unable to make changes to orders that have already shipped. We will do our best to grant requests on orders that have yet to ship.  

Does The Royal Bee offer gift cards?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer gift cards at this time, but will update our customers if this changes in the future!
